Swiss Investment Company SIC Ltd is an independent fund management company under Swiss law.
The roots of Swiss Investment Company SIC stretch back to 1912, when it was founded by Bank Leu AG (today Clariden Leu AG) for the purpose of holding stakes in transport and electricity companies. Leu Holding AG merged with CS Holding in May 1995 and at the same time Leu Fondsleitung AG changed its name to Swiss Investment Company SIC. SIC is now a subsidiary of Clariden Leu Holding.

The Management comprises the CEO Markus Hafner and Hansueli Halter.
Swiss Investment Company SIC Ltd has a subsidiary in Liechtenstein, SGK Fondsleitung (Liechtenstein) AG,

which offers funds under Liechtenstein law.
We manage more than 60 traditional and alternative investment funds for the two banks Clariden Leu AG and Credit Suisse. At the end of 2009, the total volume of products managed by us amounted to approximately CHF 16 billion.
We specialise in the Private Label Fund business and offer our partners an innovative strategic partnership.
